Love Circle Terms and Conditions

 

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Love Circle app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the app.

 

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use Love Circle. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

 

3. Account Registration To use Love Circle, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

 

4. User Conduct You agree to use Love Circle in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not:

 

Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm others.

Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

Post, transmit, or distribute content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.

5. User Content You are responsible for the content you post on Love Circle. By posting content, you grant Love Circle a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, copy, modify, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating and providing the app.

 

6. Privacy Your use of Love Circle is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal information.

 

7. Subscription and Payments Certain features of Love Circle may be available for a fee. If you choose to purchase a subscription or other services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

 

8. Termination Love Circle reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time by following the instructions within the app.

 

9. Disclaimer of Warranties Love Circle is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

 

10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Love Circle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

 

Your use or inability to use the app.

Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our app by any third party.

11. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Love Circle, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the app or your violation of these Terms.

 

12. Governing Law These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Love Circle is based, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

 

13. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the app. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the app following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
