At Love, we strive to provide our users with a satisfactory experience. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you need to cancel your subscription or membership. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling your subscription or membership with Love.

 

Subscription Cancellation

Monthly Subscriptions

Cancellation Period: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time.

Effective Date: Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the subscription services until the end of the billing period.

Refunds: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. No partial refunds will be provided for cancellations made during the billing period.

Membership Cancellation

Free Membership

Cancellation: Free memberships can be canceled at any time by deleting your account through the app settings.

Effective Date: Cancellation of free membership will be immediate. Your account and data will be permanently deleted.

Paid Membership

Cancellation Period: You may cancel your paid membership at any time.

Effective Date: Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the membership services until the end of the billing period.

Refunds: Paid memberships are non-refundable. No partial refunds will be provided for cancellations made during the billing period.

How to Cancel

In-App Cancellation:

 

Go to the "Settings" section of the Love app.

Select "Account Settings".

Choose "Subscription" or "Membership".

Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription or membership.

Termination by Love

Love reserves the right to terminate your subscription or membership if you violate our Terms of Service or engage in any fraudulent or harmful activity. In such cases, you will not be entitled to a refund.

 

Changes to This Cancellation Policy

We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or by other means, and provide you with an opportunity to review the changes before they become effective.
